Dianne Faligowski is a powerhouse entrepreneur and visionary leader, having founded and successfully led four companies across diverse industries.
Born into an entrepreneurial family—her parents owned multiple businesses in the Philippines, and eight of her nine siblings are also business owners—Dianne has harnessed her natural business acumen and dedication to service to make a transformative impact through each of her ventures.
With an unwavering commitment to faith, family, and business, Dianne exemplifies how professional success can seamlessly integrate with a purpose-driven mission. She came to the United States to achieve the American Dream, starting from nothing.
Happily married for 22 years, Dianne is the proud mother of three smart, kind, and generous sons, two of whom, at ages 19 and 14, are already budding entrepreneurs. A devoted follower of Jesus, she actively supports and donates to nonprofit charitable causes, including 5f church,which is dedicated to raising up revival carriers who burn passionately for Jesus, Apple of His Eye Charity, where she serves on the board.
Dianne is the founder and CEO of Health Plans in Oregon and a Managing Partner at Integrity, a leading distributor of life, health, and wealth solutions. She is also the CEO of Retire Hacks and Speechality, as well as the driving force behind Insurance Copilot AI.
